As a leading company dealing within the field of Medical Disposable Products since more than 10 years, and with qualified personnel with 25 years experience in the sector, Plastech can show its visitors the following Departments of its own: - Moulding Department equipped with 16 last generation injection presses ( from 55 to 210 tons) as well as blowing machines to produce special components; - Extrusion Department with 4 lines for Medical tube; the monthly capacity amounts to 120.000 Kg. with possibility to produce any kind of tube from Ø int. 0,5 mm / Ø ext. 1,5 mm up to Ø ext. 20 mm. Moreover it is even possible to supply both striped coloured as well as anti - kinking tubings.   - Automatic Assembling Department with electro-pneumatic machines, radio-welding machinery especially designed by Plastech’s staff, tests and control equipment ton check the performance of the pieces produced before packaging. - Workshop (modern and well equipped) to service, when necessary, all the moulds. Electro erosion and other machineries and tools are currently used in order to manufacture new moulds for internal use, new products, prototypes in co-operation with the R&D Department. All the departments mentioned above are stated as 100.000 class cleanroom on a total surface of 1.200 sqm.
